Our Process

Step 1: Concept

We begin the custom jewellery process with a complimentary design consultation to discuss your ideas, drawings and images you may have found and we work together to create a design concept that suits your personality, lifestyle and budget. And if your design calls for diamonds or gemstones, our AGS certified staff will help you select the perfect stone to compliment your piece!

Step 2: Quote

You’ll receive a complimentary price quote based on your design, what precious metal you’ve chosen and the diamonds or gemstones you’ve selected.

Step 3: CAD/3D Models

Once your design concept has been finalized we will create a computerized CAD image and/or a 3D model for you to approve and possibly try on. We want our clients to be absolutely delighted with their one of a kind creation and will spend as long as it takes to get the design right!

Step 4: Approval and Finished Piece

Upon your final approval, our goldsmiths will cast your design in the precious metal of your choice. Next your gemstones are meticulously set by our skilled craftsmen. And finally your beautifully finished piece is then appraised for insurance purposes.
