Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed outside of business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Insured & Protected Delivery All orders are shipped fully insured and in secure, discreet packaging. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@davidsonsjewellers.com.

Local Pickup — Ottawa, ON We offer complimentary local pickup for customers in the Ottawa area. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready. Pickups can be made any time during our regular business hours.
