14K yellow and white gold rope design ring with open top. One side is set with a pear-shaped green sapphire weighing 0.53ct. The sapphire is surrounded by a halo of diamonds with a total weight of 0.07ct (SI, G-H colour). The other side is set with one round light pink topaz. The ring is a size 6.5.
