18K yellow gold, ruby and diamond pendant. The solitaire round ruby measures 4.5 mm in diameter and weighs 0.51 ct. The mined diamonds set into the halo and bale have a total weight of 0.10 ct (SI, G-H colour). The entire pendant is approximately 14 mm tall.
